Modi Mitra: Bjp Begins Outreach For Minorities | Jaipur News

Jaipur: BJP minority morcha is reaching out to Sufi shrines and ideological schools in Rajasthan as part of the Modi Mitra campaign. The morcha has been given the task of making 900 Modi Mitras in 200 constituencies. The morcha is focusing on 40 seats which are Muslim dominated.

Hamid Khan Mewati, state president of Minority Morcha told TOI, “We have reached out to the dargahs and madrassas and have been passing the message of PM Narendra Modi ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas.’ Also, we will reach out to the intellectual class of Muslims including doctors, engineers, businessmen, bankers, and teachers.”
The Modi Mitra will be a voluntary position which can be taken up by anybody. “During our outreach, we are clearing the myths of the community about BJP. Many of them have expressed their interest in becoming Modi Mitra and wanted to see Modi as the next PM of the country,” said Mewati.

He added that these mitras will act as a catalyst between the Modi government and the community. “These mitras will be trained in Jaipur,” said Mewati.
