Love Letter: Love letter in girl’s school bag, urine in her water bottle: Outrage erupts in Rajasthan’s Bhilwara | Jaipur News

NEW DELHI: Bhilwara was rocked by a wave of outrage and protests after a male classmate misbehaved with a girl and allegedly filled her water bottle with urine at their school. The news quickly spread, leading to public outrage and street protests.

The incident happened in Luhariya village, where the Rajkiya Madhyamik Vidyalaya is located. The victim is a Class 8 student at the school. She said that during lunchtime, she left her bag in her classroom. When she returned to her class she opened her bottle to drink water and realized the foul smell. Furthermore, she found a love letter with the words “I love you” inside her bag.
When the school principal failed to take any action in response to the student’s complaint, enraged locals filed a complaint with the tehsildar, the in-charge of the Luhariya police station, and the school principal when the school reopened on Monday. The villagers, frustrated by the lack of a prompt response, resorted to pelting stones in a specific community area. Police had to lathi charge to restore order.

As of now, the student has not registered a complaint with the police. However, the police have assured the villagers that they will file a case against those involved in the stone-pelting incident. The additional superintendent of police, Ghanashyam Sharma, is currently present in Luhariya village, leading a strong police force to maintain law and order.
